Step into Neo Soul Sanctuary, an evening of soulful movement, music and mindful connection.

This event invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself through an accessible, nourishing practice. As you move through a gentle yet energising flow, a live DJ will create an immersive soundscape with soothing neo soul rhythms, blending smooth vocals, mellow beats and soulful grooves to carry you through every breath and transition.

Whether you're looking to release the day's tension, find stillness, or simply enjoy a unique experience, this sanctuary is a space where everyone is welcome.

This is a donation-based event. All donations will go to Corey Ruiz’s family directly. Give what you can and join us in creating a community-centred space where movement, music and wellbeing come together.

The practice will be followed by light refreshments and time for grounding, community and connection.
